The slot is designed to work with various paper thickness:
Standard copy paper (thinnest)
450 gsm Cardstock (thickest)
 
For a snug fit, simply add more sheets of paper or cardstock, sized the same as your design.
 
If you have a specific Cardstock or Paper thickness, we can work with you to get the best fit possible. ---NOTE-- We can only customize the slot and/or acrylic on $150+ purchase orders.
 
Acrylic sheets are roughly 0.1 inches to 0.118 inches. All acrylic will have slight +/- tolerances.
 
Appearances of wood grain and tone will vary due to natural growth fluctuations of the wood. Just as each tree is unique, our stands will reflect that uniqueness with an occasional varying wood grain, tone or knot. 
 
Listing photos are enhanced to better showcase our products. As every computer monitor, phone screen or tablet screen has different settings, actual wood grain and tone may appear lighter or darker than your screen.
 
DOMESTIC RETURNS: 
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase we can accept a return. Returns are allowed up to 14 days after receiving the purchase. Every return (single or bulk orders) will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Returns are not accepted after 14 days (from delivery date). 
 
CONDITIONS OF RETURN:
-Buyer can return or exchange this item.
-Buyer must return item within 14 days of delivery.
-Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
-Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn’t returned in original condition.
-Buyer incurs 20% restocking fee.

Yes! We do offer custom orders and customization on our current listings. However, due to the nature of our assembly setup, we do have a $150 purchase order minimum. If you need a STAND for a specific project but don't know exactly what you need, please message us.
